IPC Time setting

Steps:

- Configuration/ General settings/ Time settings
- Select time zone
- Enable Time synchronization via NTP
- Use local PC NTP in the local network on Windows OS/ Use a public NTP server
- Check availability - Configure DST (Summer/Winter time)
